This week a
friend of mine asked: “how do I obtain support for my research, innovation and
entrepreneurial ideas?”
In My opinion, if your idea will fall into three
board categories:
- You wish to build up enhance the research capacity of your organisation, including through training, or intend to undertake pre-competitive research and technological development to generate new knowledge.
- You are interested in innovation in the sense of technology transfer, access to venture capital or business and innovation support service.
- You wish to engage in enterprise development, for instance through setting-up an innovative company, the expansion or internationalisation of your existing business activities or the creation of new business and technology partnership.
Framing
your ideas in this way will help you to focus on your real needs and, the more
clearly your needs are defined, the easier it is to identify the right instruments
for you.
Conclusion: when you have a clear understanding
of what you really want to achieve can proceed with the selection of the
financial instruments of the EU Funding.
