The Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience
(MPFI) is currently seeking a Scientific Liaison of Institute Affairs to
coordinate and perform a wide range of duties as the ambassador for the
Institute’s CEO. The selected candidate will have responsibilities that include
coordinating organizational public relations and communication both internal
and external to MPFI; managing Institutional events relevant for public
relations as well as MPFI’s Executive, Board and Scientific Advisory meetings;
The Scientific Liaison of Institute Affairs will promote the image of MPFI and
the Max Planck Society by representing the Institute’s CEO internally and
externally as appropriate; providing liaison between the key executives, Board
Members and employees. The basic research promoted by the MPFI requires a
thorough understanding of scientific endeavors, preferably through practical
working experience in a scientific environment.
